User Licenses
You can buy two different licenses of Button Shop; Personal License and Business License. These are both described below:
Personal License:
The Personal License is for home-use only, buttons created can be used in a commercial setting. For home use, one license can be used freely within one house hold.
Business License:
With the Business License you can use Button Shop in a Company or Organization, and use the buttons created in a commercial setting.
One Business License grants you the right to install Button Shop on three computers at the same time.
More licenses can be bought at a discount prices to install on more computers.
Each license grants you the right to install the program on three more computers.

Upgrading From Older Version
When you buy Button Shop, you will get free upgrades and support for every version up to the next major release. For example, if you buy version 4.0, you will get free updates and support for all version 4.x upgrades. When version 5.0 is released, you can upgrade to the new version at a 50% discount.

Users of Button Shop must accept this disclaimer of warranty:
Button Shop is supplied as is. The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of Button Shop.
Button Shop is provided at no charge to the user for evaluation. Feel free to share it with your friends, but please do not give it away altered or as part of another system. The essence of "user-supported" software is to provide personal computer users with quality software without high prices, and yet to provide incentive for programmers to continue to develop new products. If you find this program useful and find that you are using Button Shop and continue to use Button Shop after a reasonable trial period, you must make a registration payment to Kristanix Software. The registration fee will license one copy for use on any one computer at any one time. You must treat this software just like a book. An example is that this software may be used by any number of people and may be freely moved from one computer location to another, so long as there is no possibility of it being used at one location while it's being used at another. Just as a book cannot be read by two different persons at the same time.
Anyone distributing Button Shop for any kind of remuneration must first contact Kristanix Software at the address below for authorization. This authorization will be automatically granted to distributors recognized by the (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for shareware distributors, and such distributors may begin offering Button Shop immediately (However Kristanix Software must still be advised so that the distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest version of Button Shop.).
You are encouraged to pass a copy of Button Shop along to your friends for evaluation. Please encourage them to register their copy if they find that they can use it. All registered users will receive a copy of the latest version of Button Shop.

Royalty Free Images
All images saved by registered customers of Button Shop are royalty free. You can use them wherever you want, on your website, magazines, presentation booklets, computer programs and more. You don't have to show any credit or link that you used Button Shop to create your buttons, although we really appreciate it if you do.
Note: You are not allowed to sell the button images created using Button Shop in any way, or include them in a similar program.
