Q: I have lost my order and/or registration information. What do I do?
A: Don't worry, just use the registration retrieval system on the Support page, or if that doesn't find your purchase, just contact us and provide us with your name, e-mail address and other information about the order, and we will re-send you the order/registration information.
Q: What happens after I make a purchase?
A: Soon after you've made the purchase, you should receive two mails. One is a receipt of your order, the second contains your registration code and details on how to download your program.
Q: Can I download my program immediately after purchasing?
A: Yes! For most of the programs, you only need to download the trial version. When you order, you will receive a registration code that you can enter into the trial version, and unlock the full version. You will usually receive this code in a matter of minutes after ordering.
Q: I have previously bought an edition of a program and I wish to upgrade to better edition. How can I do that?
A: No problem! Just contact us and provide us with your name, e-mail and other information about your previous order, and we will send you information on how to upgrade.
