Q: Can I get the program on a CD?
A: Yes. To get your program on a CD, click the "Buy Now" link for the appropriate program on the Store page, and be sure to check the "Order this product on a CD" choice at the top of the order form. Getting the program on a CD costs an additional US $9.90 in shipping and handling.
Q: Is the order process secure?
A: Yes. We have selected Plimus as our eCommerce company to process orders for us. Plimus has been in the Internet order processing business for nearly a decade, and is highly respected in the industry. You can view Plimus' Privacy Policy here.
Q: Can I order using phone, fax, wire transfer, check, mail, money order or PayPal?
A: Yes you can. To do this, click the "Buy Now" link for the program you wish to order, fill in the form, and select your payment method at the bottom of the order form.
Q: What happens after I make a purchase?
A: Soon after you've made the purchase, you should receive two mails. One is a receipt of your order, the second contains your registration code and details on how to download your program.
Q: How soon after ordering will I get my program?
A: You should receive a confirmation and registration and/or download details shortly after having completed the order (usually in a couple of minutes, but it could take a few hours in some cases). If you have not received these mails within a reasonable amount of time, make sure you have entered your e-mail address correctly, and that the mails have not been caught by an anti-spam filter. If you are having any problems with your order, please contact us with information about your order.
Q: Can I download my program immediately after purchasing?
A: For most of the programs, you only need to download the trial version. When you order, you will receive a registration code that you can enter into the trial version, and unlock the full version. You will usually receive this code in a matter of minutes after ordering.
Q: I have lost my order and/or registration information. What do I do?
A: Don't worry, just contact us and provide us with your name, e-mail address and other information about the order, and we will re-send you the order/registration information.
Q: I have previously bought an edition of a program and I wish to upgrade to better edition. How can I do that?
A: No problem! Just contact us and provide us with your name, e-mail and other information about your previous order, and we will send you information on how to upgrade.
Q: Can I order using PayPal?
A: Yes, to order with PayPal, just go to the Store and click on the Buy link to the product you want to order, and select PayPal as payment method.
Q: Do you accept purchase orders?
A: We accept purchase orders on amounts above US $100. Please contact us if you wish to use a purchase order.
